On Sunday 15th April, whilst most of you will no doubt be nursing a sore head from the night before, I'll be enduring 4 and half hours of blood sweat and tears. Ok maybe 5 hours! If you know me you'll have no doubt heard me banging on about running the Paris Marathon already, if you don't then thank you for visiting this site.

I have chosen to raise money for a charity called Phys-Cap. Phys-Cap is an organisation local to Leeds that's dedicated to improving the quality of life for children suffering from severe physical disabilities, by purchasing specialised and therapeutic equipment.
